A Space for Everyone
Our Drop-In Centre is at the heart of what we do. It's a place where Deaf and hard of hearing people can come along without an appointment, meet friends old and new, and access the support they need in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Whether you're looking for information, a friendly chat, help with forms and correspondence, or simply a cup of tea and some company, our doors are open. Our team is on hand to provide guidance, signposting and a listening ear - all in BSL if that's your preferred language.
The Drop-In is more than a service - it's a community hub where connections are made, isolation is reduced and everyone belongs.
When & Where
Come along during our drop-in hours or get in touch to arrange an appointment.
When to Visit
Drop-in sessions are available Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 4pm, except for public holidays.
Appointments
Appointments can be made for support sessions on a Thursday and Friday. Please contact the office to arrange an appointment.
